Grünstern Garden Kitchen Started in 2012, the Grünstern project has initiated an alternative urban neighborhood food supply. Organic, seasonal and regional produce grown directly in Vienna or its surroundings plus carbo-neutral delivery by bicycles and solar electric vehicles make the basis for sustainable good food. Auersbach Children’s Cookery Festival The Auersbach Children’s Cookery Festival, for which I am working as a volunteer, has already seen 10 years of tradition. During this time over 250 children have greatly enjoyed themselves in getting acquainted with subjects such as regional produce and food and how to cook it. |
